As we approach the end of the year and the holiday season, what are YOU doing to recognize your employees and teammates?
I’ll go first 
Our Marketing team hosted an amazing virtual concert event where we got to listen to many different up and coming artists! Such an amazing experience and a nice break in the day!
Our organization does a holiday “cash bash” in which different departments earn “pulls” associated with dollar amounts that they randomly select off of a board and take home in cash before the holidays!
I send all my team team a small gift and a personal “Thank You” note for their help and hard work during the year
My company normally hold a Christmas party at a hotel and invite staff and their partners . This year each team were given a budget for a team celebration. The whole, company also received a one off “cost of living” payment this year too !
